Six years of advancing semiconductor research

The Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering, National Institute of Technology Silchar, in association with the IEEE EDS NIT Silchar Student Branch Chapter and the IEEE Nanotechnology Council Chapter, organizes the 6th International Conference on MNDCS during 29–31 January 2026.

The objective is to promote advanced research in Microelectronics, Nanoelectronics, Semiconductor Devices, VLSI Circuits and Systems — fostered through EDS/NTC Distinguished Lectures, keynote and invited talks, and oral presentations of original research.

Peer-reviewed, selected papers are published as proceedings with Springer in the Lecture Notes in Electrical Engineering series. Abstracts, extended abstracts and short papers under 4 pages are not considered for publication.
